Joseph Heler Cheese has established itself as one of the UK's most respected producers of British cheese. The company was founded in 1957 and is based in Nantwich, Cheshire. Joseph Heler produces over 40 different varieties of traditional British cheese, each with their own special recipes and characteristics. We supply our cheese into retail, wholesale, ingredients, food service & export markets and are able to supply as block, grated and prepack formats in various weights. All of our cheese is made by hand in our traditional dairy by our team of hugely experienced cheese makers, matured for the time needed to develop the distinctive flavours and textures, and specially selected only when they are ready by our expert cheese graders.
